Australia Shipping

*Free express shipping and the first size change is also free for all Australian destinations.

*For international shipping UPS is our partner. You will get an e-mail when you place the order and after the dispatch we will send you another one with your tracking number and a link to track your order (please check your spam folder as well if you don't get the emails). Estimated delivery time is 4-6 days.

Domestic Shipping

*Free shipping(via ELTA Courier) and the first change of size(if needed) for Greek destinations.

International Shipping

Cyprus Shipping

*For Cyprus shipping TNTis our partner. Shipping costs are 3.90€ for flat sandals and 6.90€ for flatforms and platforms. You will get an e-mail when you place the order and after the dispatch we will send you another one with yout tracking number and a link to track your order (please check your spam folder as well if you don't the emails). Estimated delivery time is 3-4 days.

 

For standard shipping please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders of in stock items to be dispatched from us in Athens.

Size Changes

Your first size change is free for every order and every destination! You just have to contact us at info@sandalista.gr or whatever suits you best (Instagram, Facebook messenger) and our team will inform you for our simple and fast process. For more than one size change you are charged with the shipping costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order (or a part of it), please email us at info@sandalista.gr 2103235199. You can cancel an order within the day. After the day the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

If you want to return a product you should inform us via e-mail at info@sandalista.gr or by phone at +30 2103235199 or whatever platform suits you best ( Instagram, Facebook messenger). Our customer service will walk you through our easy return process which is also free.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless it can be proved that the package went missing in the post. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for exchange or refund. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not to approved for exchange or refund.

The products need to be in perfect condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note that in case your products is delivered damaged, you have to let us know the same day.
