For every new order we offer free shipping and a free change either in size or design.
- You call us at 2103235199 E-mail us at [email protected] with your order number and you let us know the number/design you need.
- Within 2-3 days, you receive the new package and return back to the Courier the previous one, while you are notified about the process.
- Please try on your sandals indoors and put the box and everything inside into a bag for the return, just as you received it.
- You send the package back to us under no circumstances.
Size Change is also free for Cyprus and you contact us the same way but instead of giving the courier your first pair when he arrives, we will get the first pair first and we will ship the new size. Our shipping partner for Cyprus is TNT and Kronos Express.
Rest Of the World
After your inform us for what you need to change, inside your package you will find a return label for UPS (if not included we will send it to you with an e-mail), you call UPS to pick up the pair. You will get a new label and a new tracking number for the new pair.
- You call at your nearest ELTA Courier departement so they may pick up your package from you, or you take it there if you want. You ship it back and you choose that the recipient takes the charge at the same info on the package you recieved. After your local ELTA Courier informs us, we get the pair back.
- We do not have partnerships with other courier companies so packages received from different courier companies will NOT be accepted.
- Returns with Post Office ELTA (Blue) are not accepted. If there is not an ELTA Courier department near you, you must inform your local post office that you wish the shipping to proceed with ELTA Courier.
- In the shoebox, you put the return card that you received in your package with your required information, if your purchase was paid with Cash On Delivery. In the shoes box, you put the return card that you receive in your package with the missing fields completed if your purchase was done with Cash On Delivery..
- Once we receive the package, we check the product and the box to see if it is in the same conditions you received it, and we refund the entire amount of your order, either to the card you paid, to your PayPal account, or to the bank account (IBAN) that you will indicate to us for cash payments if no size change has occurred.
You should inform us by calling at +30 2103235199 or by sending an email at [email protected] so we could send the courier to pick up your pair. After we receive and check the condition of your pair we refund you at the bank account you will provide to us or at your credit/debit card or any other method used to place the order.
* For orders with Free Shipping you will be refunded the initial order total except the cost of the return shipment which is from 3 to 7 euros.
- Rest Of the World
After you inform us of what you need to change, inside your package you will find a return label for UPS (if not included we will send it to you with an e-mail), you call UPS to pick up the pair. After we receive and check the pair we will refund you at the bank account you want or at your debit/credit card or at any other method used to place your order.
* For orders with Free Shipping, you will be refunded the initial order total except for the cost of the return shipment which is from 12 to 30 euros (per shipment or size change), depending on the country or size/design changes.
-- The refunds are processed the same day but it may take 3-5 days to appear at your bank account--
- For products on discount or incuded in bundled offers, you can't request a refund, only size changes.
